SARUGAN W 919

SARUGAN W 919 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It forms very tough, hard and transparent film at highly gloss. SARUGAN W 919 performs finishes with high gloss, good filling and well leveling properties, as well as wet rub and flexometer values.
SARUGAN W 919 is recommended to use in aqueous top coats of upholstery and car upholstery leathers, as well as for high gloss shoe upper leathers finishes. Desired glossy colours on aqueous top coats can be achieved by adding SARKOSOL C dyes in Sarchem product range. It can be crosslinkable with SARLINK 860 to improve wet rub and flexometer values. SARUGAN W 919 can be applied by spraying or by reverse roller coater.
SARUGAN W 920

SARUGAN W 920 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with medium to high viscosity. It forms very tough, elastic and medium hard film at highly gloss. SARUGAN W 920 exhibits finishes with good flexometer values, well leveling properties, very low tackiness as well as high rub and taber values.
SARUGAN W 920 is recommended to use in aqueous top coats of upholstery and car upholstery leathers, as well as for high gloss shoe upper leathers finishes. Desired gloss degree and feel on aqueous top coats can be achieved by suitable dullers from SARUGAN W product range. Product can be good crosslinkable with SARLINK 860 and SARLINK 867 .
SARUGAN W 921

SARUGAN W 921 is a high gloss waterborne aliphatic polyurethane dispersion used to produce patent leather imitation tops. Product imparts excellent flow out properties and gives a bright film with outstanding physical and fastness properties.
SARUGAN W 922

SARUGAN W 922 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with low viscosity. Product forms a very tough, elastic and medium hard film. Exhibits finishes with good dry and wet flexometer values as well as high cold resistance and light fastness. SARUGAN W 922 is recommended to use in aqueous top coats of upholstery and car upholstery leathers, as well as on buffed and full grain leathers. It is applied by spraying or roller coating.
SARUGAN W 923

SARUGAN W 923 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It produces a tough-elastic, medium hard, transparent film of high gloss with low tackiness. SARUGAN W 923 provides outstanding compability with all anionic and nonionic finishing products. It obtain dry and pleasant feel. SARUGAN W 923 imparts a high gloss, pleasant feel, and is used partly in aqueous top coat for upholstery and shoe upper leathers. Due to requested handle and dulling degree, the product can be use with appropriate duller in SarChem product range. Its excellent features can be gained when it is crosslinked with SARLINK 860 or SARLINK 867.
SARUGAN W 924

SARUGAN W 924 is an aqueous, anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with low viscosity . It provides good heat and scuff resistance as well as excellent hydrolysis resistance. SARUGAN W 924 is especially recommended to use in aqueous top coats of upholstery and car upholstery leathers, which high abrasion values are needed. . Required dulling degree can be gain by addition of appropriate dulling binder component such as SARUGAN W 929 M.
SARUGAN W 925

SARUGAN W 925 is an aqueous, polyurethane dispersion with high viscosity. It forms a clear, medium soft and glossy film. The product exhibits, high flexibility, rub-fastness properties, (TABER-VALUE), well heat resistance, levelling on difficult surfaces and outstanding light fastness,. SARUGAN W 925 is recommended to use in water based top coat systems for upholstery and car upholstery leathers, by its outstanding physical properties. To adjust dulling degree, product can be mixed with appropriate dullers in SarChem product range; e.g. SARUGAN W 927 M, SARUGAN W 930 M and SARUGAN W 931 M
SARUGAN W 927 M

SARUGAN W 927 M was designed for producing high performance finishes. The product forms a soft, mat film with following outstanding properties:

SARUGAN W 928 M is aqueous, dull polymer dispersion with high viscous liquid. It produces a dull, medium soft film. SARUGAN W 928 M exhibits pleasant, soft and dry handle. Due to high dulling degree, product produces very dull surfaces, and avoids any grey break after milling. It can be maintain to increase its physical properties by after crosslinking with SARLINK 860 or SARLINK 867. SARUGAN W 928 M is recommended to use partly as dulling binder in top coats on upholstery leathers. .

SARUGAN W 929 M is an aqueous, dull polyurethane dispersion with high viscosity, which produces, medium soft and dull film. SARUGAN W 932 M

SARUGAN W 932 M is an aqueous, polyurethane dispersion, which imparts, medium soft and medium glossy clear film. The product exhibits outstanding properties such as, waxy handle, well light fastness, excellent scuff resistance, solvent resistance as well as good dry and wet rub fastness, cold flexometer values. SARUGAN W 932 M is well crosslinking with SARLINK 860 or SARLINK 867. SARUGAN W 932 M is recommended to use for top coats on upholstery and car upholstery leathers. To obtain the requested quality of the top coats, fastness values of base coat must be adjusted respectively.

SARUGAN W 933 MP

SARUGAN W 933 MP is a polymeric compact top coat duller. It forms medium soft,very strong dull and low strech film. The product has extremely low repolishability. Product imparts natural and non squeaky feel. It is recommended to use for upholstery and car upholstery leathers.
SARUGAN W 940 PC

SARUGAN W 940 PC is a blend of aqueous anionic polymers and specially selected additives that forms a hard and glossy film. Product provides very good plateable at high temperatures, natural appearance and pleasant feel. Its excellent properties show, well milling behaviour, good rub and flexometer values. SARUGAN W 940 PC is a mixture product with medium viscosity, which can be used in high gloss leathers. Also, SARUGAN W 940 PC imparts very shiny and smooth surfaces, due to its very good platebility property at high temperatures.
SARUGAN W 944 MC

SARUGAN W 944 MC is a dull blend of aqueous polymers and specially selected additives with high viscosity that forms a medium hard and dull film. Product imparts very good embossability, natural appearance and pleasant handle. SARUGAN W 944 MC has very good dry and wet rub values as well as high flexometer values. Due to its excellent dulling properties, product avoids any grey break, and exhibits well dry drumming characteristic.
