SARACRYL 557 CSR
SARACRYL 557 CSR is a modified polymer resin combination designed for the use on splits and corrected side leather. It produces a very soft and elastic film and imparts good
filling and covering properties. Provides also good smooth plating and embossing characteristics as well as an excellent print retention.
SARACRYL 557 CSR is especially suited for finishes on splits and grain leather of all types, where better sorting values are sought after. Finishing can be applied by padding, spraying curtain coating or roller coating.

LT – A 5898 is an anionic polyacrylate dispersion which forms a clear, soft and slightly tacky film with high elasticity. Due its high properties LT – A 5898 is used for achieving deeply penetration and as well as tightening the grain.
LT – A 5898 is particularly recommended for the finishing all kind of corrected and full grain leathers. A special property of this product is exhibiting good filling impregnation during the application process.

SARACRYL S
SARACRYL S is a co-polymer dispersion of high viscosity. The resin gives excellent fullness, firmness and uniformity of grain as well as a round touch, especially improves base coat application.
SARACRYL S is recommended for the retanning of all types of leathers and especially for chrome leathers. Product is used in order to; obtain fullness, softy and tightness of the grain. Retanning with SARACRYL S avoids rising grain.

SARACRYL 529 I
SARACRYL 529 I is a medium soft, deep penetrating binder designed for impregnation of corrected leathers and splits. SARACRYL 529 I prevents grain break and imparts a very smooth and uniform surface.
SARACRYL 529 I is a impregnation binder. It is used 250gr. in a liter by mixing with SARPEN 821 in the ratio 1:1. Especially, it ,s recommended to be used on impregnation base of florantic and buffed leathers which is demanded good fullness on.

SARACRYL 559 is a soft acrylic binder designed especially for high covering basecoats. It shows low surface tack and very good plate release and print retention properties. Basecoats are especially resistant to "cut through" when embossed at high temperature and pressures.
SARACRYL 559 is used as the principal resin in basecoat formulations for full-grain and corrected-grain leathers, especially for upholstery applications.

SARACRYL 562
SARACRYL 562 is an acrylic resin developed for base coats which exhibits highest physical properties like flexing fastness, resistance to high and low temperatures and, most of all, it shows extremely good embossing properties and does not cut through at high temperature and pressure. It is recommended to use, especially on base coat of car and furniture upholstery leathers.
SARACRYL 562 , increases flexing endurance and rub fastness of leather. It prevents, turning pale occurring because of heat, finishing against cold, and prevents embossing and pilling stickiness.

Also product shows highly filling and coverage characteristic and exhibits excellent embossing properties , especially resistant to “cut through” when embossed at high temperature and pressures.
SARPUR 321 is very suitable to be used in base coats for upholstery and car upholstery leathers finishing, and for base coats of buffed leathers, or full grain shoe upper.

SARPUR 333 is fine aromatic polyurethane dispersion mainly used as adhesion promoter. It gives a thin and very soft film with very good coverage and natural aspect and handle.
SARPUR 333 can be used either alone or in combination with other impregnation resins like SARACRYL 526 I for reach high adhesion values. It is specially recommended to use on difficult leathers for increase the adhesion and for the production of water-proof leather. SARPUR 333 is dilutable with water or butylgylikol for increase penetration properties.
